What should I buy from Waitrose? Can you recommend any good Christmas treats?

I live in superior Booths territory so trips to Waitrose are very few and far between, usually when visiting family down south, however today I am travelling to a clients and when I was checking where it was on google maps they are super close to a Waitrose!
So I will nip in to get myself some lunch before heading back, but I was just thinking I can probably pick up some nice Christmas goodies whilst I'm there. So is there anything you particularly recommend as a nice festive treat? Or anything you love in general tbh as even though it's not as good as Booths it's still a nice change to try different products! I have a feeling my bank balance won't be thanking me tonight...

All of the things!

Their own brand stollen is delicious! Also if you can get some mince pies from their Heston range, they are supposed to be good too :)

This is the issue if I don't have an idea of what to buy I will buy all the things and my bank balance wouldn't be impressed Grin Adds stollen and mince pies to the list...

I wasn't particularly impressed with their mince pies tbh. I did read that their yule log was the best in some taste test, but it might not be in store yet (I have the 18th in my head for some reason).

Many Waitroses have an instore fresh Sushi counter, which is very good, so that might be a good lunch option for you.

They're a good option for fizzy drinks and mixers without artificial sweetners. I always stock up on packs of cans of Essential Waitrose tonic water, it's nice and works out cheaper than Fevertree.

I'm going tomorrow and there's a £10 fine wines offer that I'm going to check out.

They stock La Latiere chocolate pots (Nestle). Haven’t found them in other supermarkets.

Their all butter Waitrose #1 mince pies are amazing. A fave on my mince pie blog.

The orange and Cointreau cream.

Their lebkuchen and stollen too.

Do not touch any of the mince pies by Heston. You have been warned. That bloke knows nada about the mince pie.
