I bought a large rug off Amazon marketplace. When I received it I thought the wrong item had been sent. I ordered dark beige but when it came the package was all split at the top and IMO it’s not dark beige I’d say it’s cream.
They sell 2 different rugs one called dark beige and the other called beige. I assumed they had sent the wrong one.
Anyway I’ve started a return for wrong item sent and the seller has contacted with a return label but has said the item is the correct one, it’s not their fault so I pay return.
I’ve been looking at their feedback and I’ve come across a review that says “colour issues, the packaging on the rug confirms the choice selected is dark beige but in reality it’s dark brown. This says to me they have sent the wrong one and are pulling a fast one.
How do I get in touch with Amazon and ask them to step in and send them screenshots?
