I have placed three different orders with Boots over the past three weeks. Most of what I ordered were xmas gifts on the 3for2 offer.
In every order, at least one of the gifts has been damaged or already opened. For example, one of the items that arrived last week was a box of chocolates. The box had been opened (sticker half off) and box was torn and damaged. Thus, it wouldn't make a suitable xmas gift.
I e-mailed Boots and they said that I needed to return all the items as part of the 3for2 offer to get a refund, even though I was happy with the other two items. Annoyingly, one of the other two items has sold out, so I can't even re-order it.
Every one of my orders with them has had this problem!
