What tiles do I get rid of?

This is our bathroom design. I was thinking that white and bright would be nice and it's fully tiled as standard by our house builder but I'm thinking of asking them to only partially tile some walls. What would you change? I'd like an area I can paint to break it up a bit

You could maybe paint the wall with the sink on? Tiles would be good round the shower at least but doesn't need to be the whole wall can be graded out so the part is part and part.

I'd leave it as it is. By the time you get coloured towels, bathmat and stuff it will look fine.

I'd probably leave the wall with the sink on it tile free:)

I would have just a splash back on the sink wall.

I agree the wall with the sink could be half tiled only (up to the bottom of the mirror). So could the wall with the door, except for the bit above the bath which should be fully tiled.

Be careful what colour you go for though as it could look a bit odd if you have a strong colour only on limited parts of the bathroom.

Annoyed at myself! Was so focused on floor tiles I just assumed walls would look fine and now realising I could of made better choices. Will see about half tiling the wall by the sink. Thanks

I'd keep the shower tiled up to the glass screen and the door so that one end of the room is tiled.

Then I'd paint the rest, with proper bathroom paint, but with a tiled splash back for the sink.

I love having some colour in the room it feels warmer to me having painted surfaces, but appreciate this might be a bit more radical than you had in mind!

Good luck Smile

Found these online the same size, thinking we could buy these ourselves would only cost £20 for one wall or the bath panel. Would a mix of grey and white look better than all white? If so, where would you put the grey ones?
