What gift are you getting for nursery staff?

What’s the best gift to get for nursery staff?
Dd does have a key worker, but it seems like really all the staff in the room look after her, not just the key worker.
So is it best to get something they can share?
Any ideas, apart from chocolate?

Find out what the nursery policy is.

Some pool all presents from parents and them share out (including to back room staff who parents rarely see).

So I think it'll probably end up being shared, one way or another.

I used to get coffee vouchers. For all the staff in DS’s room, not just the key worker. And put a little chocolate reindeer with it etc.
