Ottolenghi "hamper"

My lovely sister and her partner are new home owners and relishing cooking new and interesting meals together.

I've picked up Ottolenghi's "Flavour" cookbook and want to make a little hamper with some of the more interesting store cupboard ingredients.

Does anyone else cook from any of Ottolenghi's cookbooks? Is there anything that you struggle to find in store but is worth hunting out?

Any other suggestions of things to put into a cooking hamper?

Have a look at the Belazu website, they have masses of the ingredients and even have a Flavour hamper. If you use the link prz.io/zVYG1ESR you get a discount. Have a look. Definitely worth signing up as you get points which go towards a discount on their products each time you look on their website and 10% off your first purchase over £25. I've been to events there and attended their virtual banquets which have been fundraisers during the COVID crisis. They seem to be a very ethical business.

Oh that's great! I've already bought the book Grin but maybe I can add in a few of the jars from that site.

Thanks.

Similar website to the previous post, but Sous Chef are great for special ingredients too.
