I bought a pair of Michael Kors boots . They are not Michael Kors. I am a size 7 and can't even get my foot into the bottom of the boot. I asked for a refund and it was declined by the seller.
How do I resolve this issue please?

When I asked for the return I did not state they are fake. I should have. I only stated they are unwearable due to the fact I can't even get my foot in let alone try them on.

It was a friend who said they are fake. There is no MK on the bottom for starters.

Open a case as item seriously not as described. Reason being they are not the size nor quality advertised. eBay will ask the seller to send a returns label, if the seller doesn’t eBay will send you a label and refund you once tracking shows the return. You will need to check time limits and escalate the case if need be.

Thank you. I have spoken to eBay. The reason the seller declined and the case was closed was because I said they are too small and not that they are fakes.

I am an idiot.
eBay have suggested I explain all of this to paypal who will take it up with the seller.
