waiting for deliverymen or repairmen is so hard.

i cant jump to toilet because i will be caught with them ringing the door.

I feel your pain, I have colitus and can guarantee if I'm waiting for a delivery the door will ring the second my bum hits the loo seat, as to having to have workmen in the house, oh dear god I hate it!

We are having a new bathroom in the new year, I will be going to dds early every morning.

yeah with workmen its very difficult. while waiting for them to come, while they do the job.

I have ibs related anxiety and I struggle with this sort of stuff. Same with meetings, car journeys, rural walks...anywhere where a toilet isn't readily available and my anxiety flares up which makes my IBS start
