How’s long will this keep in fridge?

Made veg curry on Saturday night been in fridge since how long will it last?
No cream just veg, tomatoes and curry sauce/paste

A week? Probably longer. If you've got lots left why don't you portion it up and freeze it,?

Wednesday/Thursday should be no problem imo

You could freeze it if you wanted it to last longer.

For veggie curries I would say a week is fine in the fridge. But better to freeze if you have the space.
