Christmas gift for your cleaner

We have a new cleaner (started a couple of months ago) and she is fantastic. She comes four times a week and we couldn't be without her. I'd like to get her something for Christmas to show her our appreciation but I'm not sure whether it'd be better to get her a present or to give her money. If the latter, how much would be appropriate? Thank you.

I give my cleaner the equivalent of an extra week's pay plus something like a bottle of wine.

We get a token gift for her (like a tin of biscuits), a selection box for each of her kids and put the equivalent of a week’s pay in her card
