Bizarre situation regarding Netflix

I posted this earlier in streamed TV but no traffic there.

I have logged into Netflix on my telly but I also have the app on my phone.
I will watch 'keeping up with the Kardashians' when washing up or in bed on my phone but when I went to put it on my telly, it's not showing on Netflix?
I've even searched for it but nothing is showing.
It's bizarre that it only shows on my phone.
Both the phone and telly account are the same.
Does anyone know why?

That is odd. Do you have a VPN attached either to your phone or TV?

Or perhaps parental controls on the TV and it's over the allowed age rating?

Two suggestions I would have is does your TV app need updating? Mine was super glitchy when I was using an out of date version of the app on my telly but don't know if that would affect what programs were available.

Secondly, does your phone use a VPN and therefore think you're in the US? My boyfriend has one for his laptop to watch sport from America and it means his Netflix has programs than mine doesn't.

I have a VPN connected to a UK server. I was only watching it on telly a few days ago and went to watch last night and today and it's disappeared. I ended up watching it through my phone account.
