Is this low blood pressure?

Told by GP to take 40mg propranolol earlier for anxiety .

Now feeling very, very strange . Have taken BP and it’s 100/60, pulse is 60 .. that’s a bit low I think? Assuming it’s a bit of a reaction to the meds but feel very odd .

According to the NHS website where you can put your numbers in, I did the ones you wrote, it said ideal blood pressure, no idea about pulse.

But as ever contact your GP if you feel something isnt not right.

Look st the leaflet inside the propanol pack for info on side effects. I'm usually 60/90, but it depends what yours usually is.

It's boarderline low. Below 90/60 is low.

If 100/60 is lower for you than normal it may make you feel a bit funny/ woozy. Try adding some salt to your food and it'll make you feel a bit better.
