How do I book a supermarket delivery slot for after Xmas?

Someone posted to say they had booked a grocery delivery slot for 29th December but none of the supermarkets I tried online are booking that far ahead.

Is there a way to book such a slot for delivery after Xmas?

I'm sure I will have to make an order and pre-pay but I can't get a slot.

ANy advice?

Do you have a delivery pass? I have a 31st Dec slot and a pass

I use Ocado and managed to book a slot for 28th December last night. There were lots available in my area.

Just had a look on Tesco and I can book up to 3rd Jan now. People without can probably book up to one week before that

I've booked a Tesco one for 30th.

It must be different by area as I can't book beyond 27th December and that's with only Sainsbury's.

For Tesco it depends on whether you’ve got a delivery pass (monthly fee), as you can book further ahead with one.

Nothing from anyone online where I live and I am a priority customer

Most only do up to a month ahead, even with a delivery pass. If it’s vital to book further in advance then contact the customer services. Friend did this as she has surgery planned and will have to self isolate and lives alone, they booked deliveries for her due to the circumstances.

Can’t see past 27th December on Tesco at the moment. But confident I will tomorrow.

I have the same problem with sainsbury's

I have a Tesco order booked for the 2nd January and can see there are a few slots left for the 3rd January, I do have a delivery pass with Tesco so can normally see up to 4 weeks in advance

I don’t have a delivery pass with Tesco but managed to book one for 29th Dec.
I have a delivery and recurring pass with Asda that’s not valid for that week and no slots are showing yet, so booked Tesco as a one off to be safe I’ll have some shopping!
