Among us / tablet recommendations

Please help! My ds10 is desperate to play this and I don't understand 1) if it's suitable and 2) how it works. Is it possible to only play with people you know? Also we don't have a device to play it on and he really wants a tablet for Christmas. Any recommendations/advice? Thank you!!

Yes it’s suitable (some users try to get round the swearing filters, but it’s nothing he won’t hear at school)
Free App you can download from App Store.
It works on our iPhones and iPad.

It will play on a smart phone of you have one, so imagine most tablets will play it.

He can play in private games with friends or public games with strangers (or a mix of both)

I only let my kids play with friends - it's text chat only but wouldn't be comfortable with letting them chat with randoms.

It doesn’t work on amazon fire devices. My 8year old loves it so I’ve put it on my iPad..

I think, tablet is a good gift for Christmas
