What’s everyone doing today?

We are decorating

Having a roast dinner, and chilling. I put the decs up yesterday and cleaned. Not looking forward to the next two weeks of craziness at work!

Been out to local retail centre. Shops open at 10am but was really busy. Made lunch, cleaned bathroom and mopped kitchen floor. Just finished homemade pizzas for dinner. Feeling tired now as I’m still recovering from covid. Time for a nap I think as dcs are busy playing on the switch. 😴

As little as possible. Had flu jab yesterday,my arm is sore and I feel wiped out (probably nothing to do with the jab)

Been for a long walk this morning, just about to eat a roast dinner, movie this afternoon. Cheese and crackers this evening.

I'm just back from a 1.5hr walk, crafting with the kids now before I make some lamb later. I should really do some laundry to, think I'll make hot chocolates and stick a film on to

Going to an actual restaurant for a meal!! We've just come out of lockdown here.

DC 2 and 3 have been at football matches this am so we’ve been watching. Now home and had soup and cheese lunch. This afternoon I am going swimming, kids will have baths and then an afternoon in front of a film. Roast this evening

Lying on the sofa feeling pathetic. I'm not ill, just pathetic.

Washing bedding. Put bins out and cleaned kitchen.
Made a hot lunch.
Watching a film currently.

Ds swim training for 2 hours later and I'll be going for a walk whilst he's there.

Then home for baths, bedding back on and watching tv.

What Christmas films are your favourite?

Crying. We've got building work happening and the whole downstairs is covered in plaster, brick dust, cavity wall insulation etc etc. First world problem I know but hormones and stuff don't help. In the bath now and early night.

DS had a swimming lesson, then we went to Asda for a food shop and picked up some Christmas cards. Watched Polar Express this afternoon, helped DS with his homework and I made a roast.
