Spider naevi on breast. Is this just another fun symptom of menopause?

It appeared overnight, and I can't stop analysing it.
I STARTED HRT patches just under 3 months ago - is it likely that's the cause? I'm so fed up with ageing, nothing good seems to be coming from it

How many ? I think a couple are normal but more can indicate liver issues amongst others.

After the menopause my breasts and torso sprouted little raised red dots that look like they're full of blood. They're yucky and I'm shallow enough to wish I had the money to have them all singed away. GP just muttered 'hmmm, changes after menopause, eh?'. But I'm still here and I'm grateful for that.

@Schonerlebnis just one, but I have a mildly fatty liver, so might be that, then. I'm constantly panicky that they may have missed something more serious, based on various symptoms, but I have been assured that I have only some fatty changes 😕
