Nespresso not delivered

Total first world issue, but my order was placed on 27th November and is still in transit. I couldn't get through to speak to anyone today, the online customer services form takes 3-5 days to be responded to and their FB page has a chatbot rather than a human being responding.

Even during the first lockdown deliveries were pretty much as normal. Anyone know what's going on with them? I want to cancel the order and can't do so it seems - you have to refuse the delivery. I can go to one of the shops tomorrow instead. Their customer service used to be brilliant. It's not as if we live somewhere remote either.

How strange their customer service and delivery is normally spot on. I placed an order around the same time (South East) and that arrived in 2 days which is about normal for them. Hope you get some joy if you go in the shop they may be able to cancel the order for you.

I think it's odd for them - I've cocked up an order before and they replaced it for me and told me to keep the stuff I'd accidentally ordered because they weren't collecting from customers due to Covid. My suspicion is that I'll be told the shop staff can't do anything about an online order. And I've now run out of coffee which is obviously a serious problem Wink.

Just spoken to someone at Nespresso and apparently the delay is due to the "challenge they're experiencing at the warehouse". My order was due to be delivered on Tuesday by UPS. But I couldn't see that info anywhere. It always used to be DPD or Parcel Force so sounds like a change of carrier adding to things too.

Anyway, got a refund 🤞 and will go to one of the shops instead.
