Total first world issue, but my order was placed on 27th November and is still in transit. I couldn't get through to speak to anyone today, the online customer services form takes 3-5 days to be responded to and their FB page has a chatbot rather than a human being responding.
Even during the first lockdown deliveries were pretty much as normal. Anyone know what's going on with them? I want to cancel the order and can't do so it seems - you have to refuse the delivery. I can go to one of the shops tomorrow instead. Their customer service used to be brilliant. It's not as if we live somewhere remote either.
