Tonight my son & I had a 5 minute conversation about work.
I mapped out about my days work , where I should be & why I wasn’t there.
Until he said ‘Mum it’s Saturday night ‘
I’m always then disoriented for at least 15 minutes.
I hate it.
I’ve always been a sleep talker & Walker (I broke my toe sleep walking) - can I do anything to change this habit ?
