This morning my nipple has been itchy. I looked at it and there is a raised red bump in the centre. My other boob is itchy too I'm a bit worried

I've got a pain under my right rib aswell. I think it's bad news

It could be eczema, fungal infection, anything. It doesn't immediately mean breast cancer. Book in with your gp.

It would be unlikely to be both breasts at the same time, and to have spread to your ribs so quickly that you noticed all the symptoms at the same time I would’ve thought? Have you changed washing powder/shower gel/bra?

No no change. It's only one nipple that's red and raised
