Best sports bra for large breasts

I have recently started running (and stopped) because after a run my breasts really, really ache. I’m not getting enough support from the sports bra I have now and I’m just wondering if anyone can recommend me a good one? Reasonably priced a bonus!

I’m a J cup on a tiny frame and have run several marathons in a Panache Wired Sports Bra from Bravissimo. Generally they are generous in sizing so I go down a cup size to get firm support

Definitely shock absorbers, I run, sometimes I even run very fast, I'm a 30dd in most bras and wear a 32dd in shock absorbers, boobs don't move a millimetre

I swear by panache and have used them for years now. I personally think they're worth the money - bravissimo usually do a small discount in January.

Maybe wear one of your normal bras and put a sports bra over the top? I did this for extra support at first. Now have just bought one too small and use getting into it as the workout/ warmup[ grin]
