We really enjoyed the 12 day of Christmas snowman trail last year and enjoy the Gruffalo trail at Thorndon county park. Just wondering if there is anything else about this year as we are getting a bit fed up of the same parks. Any suggestions would be great. Children's ages range from 2 to 9.

Also we are planning already to do the light trail at Canary Wharf but was wondering about day time activities. TIA

Hi there, I've included outdoor lights and activity trails in or near London in this blog post museummum.com/2020/12/01/christmas-in-london-2020-things-to-do-with-kids/.

It sounds like you're looking for daytime things - Hampton Court Palace gardens have a fairy trail; National Trust have a Peter Rabbit trail at selected properties, including Ham House; English Heritage will be doing a QR code festive trail at certain properties including Audley End and Eltham Palace; Marble Hill House have just added a reindeer outdoor trail and London Zoo have a festive trail too. I'll add more to the post as I find them.
