Jim Kay Harry Potter Print

It’s very unlikely but I thought I’d ask, does anyone know where I could get a print of any of Jim Kay’s illustrations from the Harry Potter books? My mum absolutely adores them and I’d love to buy her a print but cannot find one for the life of me.

Hmm, says on his website he doesn't/can't send out prints because he doesn't own the rights. creepyscrawlers.com/contact/

You could try contacting Bloomsbury, but it doesn't sound likely.
Could you just create your own? e.g. he has some hi res pictures on his old website here www.jimkay.co.uk/home/harry-potter/ - I would be tempted to just print one out on nice paper and frame it myself. Or - sacrilege - HP and the PS is only a tenner on amazon. If it has any full page prints just buy a copy and extract them - you'd usually pay more than a tenner for a good print anyway.

Usually I would always recommend getting art from the creator first rather than copies, but if it's not available then the artist isn't losing any revenue by doing your own.

Hi there, so sorry to jump on this but if the original poster doesn’t want it I would be happy to purchase the print. May I have some more details please? X
