HELP...Facebook pinned post showing on laptop but not on mobile...any ideas please?

Business account pinned post showing on the page on my laptop....but when I look at page on mobile...DH has checked on his mobile as well...not showing!!! Any help anyone as NEED it to show

Maybe it shows up the first time someone sees it but once it has been "seen" it won't show again?

I've never seen pinned posts pinned on a mobile. Ive always assumed it wasn't a feature of the app.
