Best online language course to give as gift?

Looking to give an online gift of a European language course. Google suggests Babel or Rosetta Stone. Which is best and any other suggestions? Looking for up to £40

I love Babel!
I am learning Turkish and Norwegian at the moment (slowly at my own pace) until I can meet actual humans again. Babel uses the European frame of reference levels.
Which language are you aiming at?

Dutch is great!!!
But - from a regional German point of view - hellish difficult to get the pronunciation right.
