Teenage boy/young adult stockings

I'm in two minds whether to bother this year. Boys are 17 & 19 and both working FT.

Stockings usually filled mostly with treat food here and TBH, now they have spending power, they really don't need any more junk food, the supply is constant!

What are you best non sugary stocking fillers?

I have older children too - secondary, college and uni - all girls. Their stockings are beauty products, chocolate Santa, books and little bits and pieces. I set a budget of £25 and they have about 7/8 presents each.

I don’t have one but my brother used to get toiletries (beard oil, moisturiser, shower gel, charcoal face masks etc),, bottles of beer or cider, books, card games, Christmas versions of treats/snacks, socks (cliche but useful!), one year a Chilli’s bottle to take to his sport. Occasionally a gift card to a coffee or food place. One year a car bin that hooks over the the headrest. Always bits that he’d definitely use.

I find stocking fillers for boys so much harder than for girls. It always feels like spending for the sake of it. I would ask them if they are bothered about a stocking

My boys are similar age, I get them toiletries, bottles of beer, card games, phone chargers, they’d favourite chocolates and gift card (such as Costa/Starbucks/Xbox/ITunes)
