Just strong - mlm?

I was just being a bit nosey on Instagram and searched for my sister as I’d noticed her regular account had disappeared from my feed. I came across an account called “just strong [name]” and there’s a bunch of posts of her in various just strong gym gear talking about how excited she is to start on her journey as a “brand ambassador”. The last post was September so I’m thinking she’s not doing it anymore, but is this an mlm? I’ve never heard of the brand before. The first post was Feb so it looks like she’s maybe gone through the whole cycle of initial excitement to then realising she’s not going to make money.

I've never heard of them, but all the positive reviews on Trustpilot are making me feel suspicious. They seem quite fake, somehow.

Yeah their website was suitably vague on what “brand ambassadors” were and it had a few red flags to me that said mlm.

Doing some more research it seems it’s not an mlm, but is a bit of a scam. You buy their products at a (small) “discount” with the idea that you then promote the clothes on your Instagram, listing a unique discount code and get commission if anyone uses the code. Seems like anyone can become a brand ambassador and it’s just a way to get people to buy clothes while promising them future commission. There doesn’t seem to be any further recruitment involved so not really multi level.
I’m not sure what do to, it seems my sister is not doing it anymore and we’re not that close. She’s quite a bit younger than me so I do feel protective, but has a law degree so she’s not daft.
Should I speak to her, warn her off getting involved with other things like this? Her Instagram says she’s a brand ambassador for just strong and diamond lush which seems a similar thing. But she’s not posted anything since September so I don’t want to embarrass her further by pointing out this is a bad idea if she already knows and feels silly for getting involved?
