Anyone else struggling with Matalan "Customer Service"

My order arrived with the bag unsealed and half the things missing.

I've emailed, facebook pm'd, tried calling (ha! No chance) tweeted them
All I get is auto replies - it's been 2 weeks now!! I see lots of other people on their Facebook saying similar so I assume they are just swamped but still! I'm out of pocket, some sort of real reply would be a start

Anyone else in this position?

Any advice??

Yes it seems like they just aren’t responding to people! I tried to contact them via Facebook messenger and then email when they didn’t respond but no reply 2 weeks later. They sent me the wrong colour item and was just hoping they’d send me the right one.

I'm in two minds - bombard with messages (but then just add to their load) or just wait(but then for how long?)

Oh man, I’m in the same situation. I ordered 4 mugs, one just didn’t arrive and another one was smashed because it hadn’t even been packaged in a box. They won’t respond to me.
