Nursery School admissions

Hello, just looking for advice as I’m slightly confused and seem to have been a bit eager at applying.
My daughter has a December birthday. I read somewhere that I need to apply for a school nursery place for September 2021. I applied end of October for the September 2021 start (definitely the option I chose!). I didn’t realise due to her birthday she was eligible to start in January. We’ve received an offer for next month which is great and we’ve taken it after thinking it over.
My question is do I now need to apply again for her to start (again) in September 2021?. I’ve logged in to the portal and my application I submitted is still active and states that it is for September 2021 start. Do I just leave that now and don’t need to worry about applying again?.

Do you mean she would start reception in September 2021 and has been offered a nursery place for jan 2021? School places are applied for separately to nursery places so yes you would need to do a separate application for a school place for September 2021.

Sorry just to add this is assuming you are in England and your daughter is turning 4 in December.

@BigRedBoat no she should start nursery school in September 2021 but is now starting in January 2021 early. So she’ll be doing 7 months with what will technically be the school year above her and then starting again in nursery in September 2021 with her correct school year. I’m in England. I’ve sorted my original question out now anyway but thanks for replying.
