I'm trying to remember the name of a book from when I was a child (90's). I can only remember a vague description. It was about a girl who always walked or possibly rode on bus past a house which had an overgrown garden. I think the girl thought it was abandoned or just wondered who lived there. Then there was something about an old lady who maybe lived there and the girl thought she was scary but she turned out to be nice (maybe). The cover was blue and the illustration was similar to Nick Sharratt (it may have been him but I'm not sure)
