Anyone else having problems with delayed orders? I ordered last week... still not dispatched and after a quick google have found hundreds of reviews from this week saying orders are taking weeks or not arriving at all... now worried Christmas presents won't be coming on time!! Anyone else waiting with fingers crossed?

There are complaints on their instagram and Twitter from people who have ordered first week of November and are still waiting so it's not Black Friday

My mil ordered something Saturday and it arrived here (she put down my address as obviously I have nothing better to do apart from wait for parcels) today.
