I'm looking for some ideas to inject some more fun into my life. Not sure whether it's the pandemic or getting older (I'm nearly 40) but life seems ever more serious. I'm a senior manager in the NHS (not front line) so work is pretty serious too.
We're personally very lucky to have come through the pandemic relatively unscathed, and I know I should count my blessings etc but I just bored, fed up and in need of fun!
Does anybody have any good ideas? I'm not interested in baking or craft or exercise. I do all these things and whilst rewarding they're not "fun" in my view (appreciating lots of people do find them fun). Funny / lighthearted book recommendations would be particularly welcome
