Hi I’ve not had a period since 20th October it says I’m 15 days late I’ve took a test it says negative but I’m on prescription medication what should I do please any advice is helpful

My last period was 20th October says 18th November but I normally come on around the 20th the latest is 28th of the month and I’ve missed that
