Random flea, help!

Or maybe not so random, I've been getting bitten for a while and never saw anything on me, a few minutes ago I felt something on my arm and grabbed it, and put it in a shot glass with some soapy water, it's definitely one of the buggers. Complicated by the fact I was sitting on my bed, so now I don't want to go to bed. (I'm very phobic of fleas, and people always argue with me about this but I did have one living in my hair for three days when I still lived with my parents, which is perfectly possible.) I live in a house share, so I've emailed my landlady who's always been very good at sorting things out. I'm tempted to walk up to Tesco and buy some flea spray!

Are there any pets there?
Indorex is good for treating the house
It could have hitched a lift in on your clothing

Indorex flea spray! It’s great. But you have to move everything, hoover loads, spray, then continue to hoover loads for a couple of weeks to get the full benefit.

They do hitchhike in on your clothes. That’s how we got them last month. Luckily I realised very early on and one big indorex spray worked.

Indorex definitely they are tiny little hitchhickers and get anywhere

No pets, but who knows where else it's come from. There's been people coming to fix stuff, and one of my housemates picked up a random chair off the street last week. Confused I did manage to get some sleep though!
