Very happy, not complaining, but a little bit overwhelmed. Have a lovely 2.5 year old and 1 week old and a very energetic dog. Toddler isn't in any childcare at the moment and we do really miss playgroups but we're making the most of it outside with pram in playgrounds and sling for muddy dog walks.
I must admit I'm struggling a bit with juggling everyone's needs, managing the constant mud (we go out in rural areas) and breastfeeding a militant cluster feeder in the cold, rain and dirt. If we stay in too much toddler (and dog) go bananas and I'm knackered so would rather be out than risk falling asleep with baby on the sofa. DH back at work after a couple of days
So again not complaining, as overall very happy - but any tips are gratefully received!
