I'd like to invest on something a bit better than my current wooden chopping board, something segmented perhaps? Does anyone have any suggestions?
Also, what do you serve? With it just being the four of us we have pared it down to only what we like, so in addition to the crackers we have two varieties of cheddar (one very spicy) a garlic roule, a little brie, some cubed chorizo, german salami, and controversially some halved pickled onions and a great big dod of salted butter.
