Ordered something from a dodgy website - what to do?

I got a bit carried away with myself earlier and ordered something from a website which I thought was ok. The item was a lot cheaper than normal which I know should have rung alarm bells but it was wrapped up in a Cyber Monday flash sale type deal. It was only after I’d ordered that I realised the web address was unsecure and when I tried to email them, my email bounced back. There are also other indicators that it’s a scam site (no contact number etc) and I feel very stupid [embarrassed] I’m normally so careful!

I’ve sent them a message via their webpage asking them to cancel my order and I’ve also alerted my credit card company who’ve said they will assist with a claim if I don’t get the goods I’ve ordered (fully expecting not to receive anything or to receive a fake). Is there anything else I can do?

Have they got any social media pages you can message them on?

What's their web address?
What method did you pay by

@Torvean32 - it’s www.optimum-sports.uk and I paid with my credit card.
