£20 isn't much of a budget for a hamper per se. You may get better value sending one nice thing, but:

Agree can’t get a hamper for that even if you tripled it would be tough.

Could you just buy something for the teenagers? A board game or something. The kids will take all the good stuff from the hamper anyway.
