Wanting to make this recipe, but need advice on whether the rice is meant to be added cooked or uncooked...?

What would other people do?

Uncooked

Uncooked. It will cook in the liquid. If you wanted to put it in cooked you'd need to do it right near the end or it will go mushy.

Thank you! Was leaning towards that but was second guessing myself 😂

I used to do this recipe quote often - I usually put Cajun seasoning on the chicken before cooking, and then still add more later as per the recipe. Also I find it needs about 500ml stock - with 350ml it seems to dry out, but maybe I just have it too hot?!

Thank you for the tips, I'll add a bit more stock and see how it goes! Good idea with the cajun spice on the chicken as well!
