Does anyone have a SAD lamp?

If you do, does it make a difference? Also what kind do you have? I think my DH might benefit from one and I could buy him it for Christmas but I would like to know which ones are best. Thanks.

I have a lumie on my desk and have it switched in next to my monitor until it gets light around this time of year, I think it helps me feel more positive in the morning
