Pyjama recommendations for skinny boy

Can anyone recommend some nice PJs for a skinny 13yo boy? He still fits 8yo elasticated waist PJs, so they need drawing waist or skinny fit... thanks!

Next, although my son is younger than yours (7) so I'm not sure about the bigger sizes, they seem to be much slimmer fit than other brand
