Best wireless earbuds for iPhone? AirPods?

Want to get DH some earbuds for Christmas. Mainly for when out running, so need to stay in his ears, he thinks AirPods Pro aren’t the best and is worried about losing them whilst running. Any suggestions?

I use normal AirPods and have never had them fall out. DH uses bone conductors but they irritated me!

Sorry - just realised you were specifically asking about earbuds, not just wireless headphones.

Bone conductors sound interesting! What does he use? Bit clueless but looking for anything he can use to run with that isn’t attached to his iPhone and will make his phone fall out of his pocket!

for running id suggest aftershocks. they have a few different models now but they are highly rated among the running community

Yes aftershocks are the most popular ones. If you google best bone conductors then you’ll find aftershockz are in the top ten at least twice!

I have aftershockz bone conductors too and they're amazing. I find them comfortable up to about half marathon distance, and being able to hear traffic and people without stopping to pull them out at every roadside is a game changer.

(Plus if he races when races are a thing they're often still allowed where normal earphones or headphones aren't).

Powerbeats pro are my go to. I have small ears and they have an over ear hook to stop them falling out. Extremely comfortable and charge quickly

The small ears is relevant only because air pods and the like HURT me a lot-they’re too big.
