Dd4 has always been an early riser. Like 5/6 most mornings but she also didn’t sleep through until 2.
The last month it’s got past a joke. She wakes up from 12-1 and is then awake and up and down until 5/6 where she sleeps for an hour then has to get up for school. By the time I pick her up from sxhooo she’s shattered. She goes bed between 6.30-7.30. Iv even kept her up until 8/8.30 and she still wakes up!!
She gets into bed with us but doesn’t go back sleep. Just sits there telling me it’s time to get up or that she wants soemthing to eat (she eats plenty before bed).

Have monster spray which has worked lots and she sleeps in the same room with her older sister.
