It’s just you, a spoon and a jar of ....what??

What’s in the jar that , armed with a spoon, you could easily scoff the lot.
I’ve just realised mine is horseradish. My nose is streaming but I don’t care.

Smiley I agree with you! I can't think of a jar of anything of which I could eat more than just a couple of spoonfuls. Even jam or honey would be too sweet after a few spoonfuls, peanut butter too cloying, mustard too spicy, etc.

TheVeryHungryTortoise · 29/11/2020 17:56

M&S cookies and cream and milk chocolate spread jar stuff I can't remember it's exact name, but I'm sure you get the idea!

tinkywinkyshandbag · 29/11/2020 17:59

Dulce de leche

PoulePouletteEternellement · 29/11/2020 18:01

Crunchy peanut butter.

M&S Fresh vanilla custard. Weirdly I can take it or leave it heated up, but cold, straight from the tub - heavenly.

I've had to stop ordering both of these things ...

TheBitterBoy · 29/11/2020 18:03

Biscoff spread. I can't have it in the house.

Sun dried tomato paste. Now you've put that thought into my head, I must just have to wander into the larder...

Pesto

@BestOption me too, I don't know why I click on threads like these! I did try mixing peanut butter, cocoa powder and sweetener and that was quite nice!

SmileyClare · 29/11/2020 18:08

Glad you haven't eaten the whole jar MrsG Wink Put the spoon down, move away from the horseradish. Your insides will thank you later.

sqirrelfriends · 29/11/2020 18:08

Almond butter

BestOption · 29/11/2020 18:09

@SmileyClare

A whole jar of horseradish? Wow that's like self sabotage. Hopefully a very small jar/minature? Confused

I think I'd feel ill if I ate a jar of anything. You're all mad.

Oh I couldn't manage the whole jar, but I'd LOVE to not be diabetic & give it a good try!!

My diabetes is diet controlled so I don't have any leeway. Even peanut butter in any quantity would send my bloods mad!!

So very ducking fed up of it tbh. 😭

I shouldn't open these threads either. But too busy not to see what people choose!!

WitchDancer · 29/11/2020 18:13

I could do a whole jar of pickled beetroot, probably not with a spoon though.

I'd have a good go at a jar of Nutella, but I suspect I would feel horribly sick after about half a jar.

altforvarmt · 29/11/2020 18:13
