When my grandmother was alive, she was lovely fierce and used to say things like 'she was going to have to speak in capital letters' (way before texting) or she would say ' it's time to put your foot down with a firm hand'.
I miss her, and her silly sayings. She really was a full personality.
Anyone else have odd family phrases, or funny ways to say things?
