Please help me. :)
Is there any way to set up my new phone exactly the same as my old one? Last time I set up a phone, it had my data but I want to keep all my apps and WiFi passwords etc.
Thank you in advance.

Yes I just did it a week ago. You hold both phones next to each other and it just all transfers over. Turn off Siri on your old phone first and when you switch in the new phone it will ask fo you want to transfer and you just keep both phones together while it does it by magic.

Ooh but you will need to re-enter your wi-fibpassword for some reason.

You will also need your Apple password so if you need to reset do it on the old phone first.

Ohh thanks so much, that sounds simple. Hopefully I can do it relatively easily. Just don’t want to get logged out of my apps - like my banking one.

Nope i didn’t get logged out of them I had to enter a passcode sent by text to confirm it was me but not logged out. It was super simple, just turn off Siri as trying to set up the new Siri (which it asks you to do) while the old one is on too is a pain. I turned on new phone and it asked if I wanted to do side by side transfer ‘yes please’. I had backed up anyway. Took bc about 10 minutes but it did take ages to download iOS which always happens. I’m useless at this kind of thing usually.
