Best place to buy new duvet and pillows

I need to replace our duvet and pillows. I've had a look at a couple of obvious places but wwondered where else you can suggest?

I've not tried their pillows but I absolutely love my wool duvet from Baavet, I've had it about eight years and it still looks and feels like it did new, it's not particularly cloudlike, like a down duvet, but it's very cosy.
