RU Comfy beanbags - easy to fill?

I've bought a gaming beanbag from RU Comfy for ds1 for Christmas which is currently taking up pretty much my entire wardrobe. I may have purchased it too early !

It comes part filled with a bag of filling to do the rest. I just wondered if they are easy to fill, that is, is it safe to leave it until Christmas Eve when I've had half a bottle of wine or should I be tackling it beforehand? I have images of carnage with beanbag filler all over the lounge and me trying to desperately to clean up without waking everyone!

In my experience it will be the latter!! Fill it early, cover with a duvet in the corner of your bedroom. Good luck.

Thanks for the heads up. I think I'll try and do it on the last day of school when the kids are out then. Duvet is a good idea!

When you do it if you have a cat ( or other pets I guess) keep them out of the room , the static will make the filling stick to their fur and the can ingest it while trying to clean themselves causing all sorts of issues needed to be sorted by the vets right away
