So, l always buy Xmas stuff online. Never buy directly from shops.

I’ve bought from 15 different retailers. All of whom delivered within a week.....except Hobbycraft. They need 3 weeks......why would this be?

I waited two weeks for a delivery from Ringtons, but to be fair, their website did say ten working days.

What I’m getting annoyed about is the number of emails asking me to review things that have only just arrived and are presents anyway. I don’t know what they’re like because I’m giving them to someone else.

If three weeks bothers you, why not shop next week in person?

Maybe a lot of staff are isolating?

Doesn’t take many for operations to slow right down.

My DD waited almost 10 days for a Hobbycraft delivery maybe they don't have huge warehouses or something.

I think we are getting more impatient so used to fast delivery that when it isn't here next working day we tut and moan!

You never can tell.

I ordered something from Amazon yesterday afternoon, on the free slowest delivery option and it came at 8 am this morning. Most surprised.

DP waited over 3 weeks for something by second class post recently.
