I am a lucky girl, I know. I have inherited an uninhabitable farmhouse which needs a hell of a lot doing to it to make it habitable. I would like to renovate with a view to renting and then living there when kids finish school in a different area. I haven't a scooby where to start in terms of setting it up to comply with renting legalities or how to start financing this project. Please does anyone have any ideas? (Husband useless, sees it as my problem and is a bystander in this). I don't want to sell a it is an emotional ball and chain for me, Thank you in advance guys!
