Sausages or Mince?

I've both. I've got no impetus to cook either of them yet I must.

I've got a reasonably stocked pantry so what would you make?

I'd like to eat at 7.30 so doesnt feel long enough to let a spag bol or chilli simmer and get better.

Happy to try something new!

You’ve not time for decent mince. Do sausages by chucking them in the oven.

Can you be arsed peeling potatoes for mash?

Or you could chop up some veg and throw it in like a tray bake?

Sausage tray bake if you have plenty of veg?

BernadetteRostankowskiWolowitz · 28/11/2020 17:52

Yeah I thought the mince wouldn't be nice enough in only a couple of hours. I'll put that in the slow cooker tomorrow for a chilli or similar.

Sausages it is then. Traybake is a good idea but we are northern and love gravys/sauces and all the traybake I can find on Pinterest look dry

Sausage pasta bake. Add onions, mushrooms, peppers, tinned tomatoes and some herbs and chili. Sprinkle with plenty of cheese.
